Our Mission

The mission of the MOWRAM is to protect and defend the Constitution of our State and the Constitution of the United States when called upon.

We of the MOWRAM are not criminals who seek the overthrow of established governments, we are citizen soldiers who reserve our God-given right to defend ourselves and our families.

We of the MOWRAM are willing to lay down our lives in defense of our families, our homes, our liberties, and nation.

We of the MOWRAM swear that we will never, as long as breath is in our bodies, surrender to tyranny, whether foreign or domestic.

We of the MOWRAM understand that governments long established should not be dissolved for light or transient causes but when a government becomes destructive to the means for which it was designed then the citizens have every right, both natural and divine, to dissolve their former government and reestablish a government in a form that is conducive to their existence.

Therefore we of the MOWRAM state:

1.    We will never attempt to overthrow an existing government that is established by consent of the majority of the people.

2.    We abide by all just and fair laws which exist or shall exist in our State.  We reserve the right to resist unjust and unfair laws which violate our God-given rights as they are codified in the US and State Constitution.  Such resistance will remain lawful and peaceful until such time as we are coerced to give up our freedoms, therefore we reserve the right to defend our rights by all means possible, whether through all lawful and peaceful means, or as a last resort by force of arms.

3.    We of the MOWRAM do hereby admit that we are citizens first of Missouri and then of the United States, that Missouri is as our Constitution states, “Independence of Missouri–submission of certain amendments to Constitution of the United States.

Section 4. That Missouri is a free and independent state, subject only to the Constitution of the United States; that all proposed amendments to the Constitution of the United States qualifying or affecting the individual liberties of the people or which in any wise may impair the right of local self-government belonging to the people of this state, should be submitted to conventions of the people.
